Therapy can be a place to pause, soften,
and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.

Trauma-informed therapist. Mindfulness practitioner. A woman who has walked through her own seasons of pain and come out the other side with hard-won clarity and peace.
I’ve known what it feels like to carry trauma in your body and not understand why you can’t just “get over it.” To look in the mirror and not recognize the person staring back. Those experiences are what led me here. To build something I wished I’d had: a warm, grounded space where healing doesn’t feel like another thing you have to perform.
I’m a Clinical Social Worker based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and I specialize in helping people move through trauma, complex PTSD, divorce and breakup recovery, and the deep relationship patterns that keep us stuck.
I use EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to reprocess the memories your nervous system is still holding, Internal Family Systems to understand the parts of yourself that are in conflict, somatic work and mindful movement to release what words alone can’t reach, and mindfulness-based stress reduction woven into everything we do together.
I believe healing happens in relationship. The most important thing I can offer you isn’t a technique. It’s presence. It’s the experience of being truly seen, without judgment, in a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
These experiences are not signs of failure.
They’re signals that something in you is asking for care.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) — Helps you build present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and a kinder relationship with yourself.
