Refund Policy

At The LooM, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching experiences and digital learning environments that empower, inspire, and support transformation. Because our services involve personalized support, limited availability, and immediate access to materials, we have the following refund policy in place.
1. One-on-One Coaching (Private Sessions & Packages)
Coaching is a personal investment in your growth. Once a coaching package or single session is purchased:
No refunds will be issued once the first session has occurred.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session, you may receive a full refund (minus any processing fees).
If a multi-session package has begun, no partial refunds will be granted for unused sessions. However, rescheduling within the agreed timeframe is possible, provided adequate notice is given (see rescheduling policy below).
2. Group Coaching Programs
Due to the limited spots and immediate access to group community or materials:
Refunds are not available once the program begins or content is unlocked.
If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the start date of a live group program, a refund may be issued, minus a $50 administrative fee.

3. Digital Courses & Self-Paced Programs
Instant-access, self-paced courses are considered final sale.
All sales are final once access to digital materials is granted (e.g., Kajabi login, video/audio content, workbooks).
We do not offer refunds for lack of usage, change of mind, or failure to complete the course.
4. Payment Plans
If you are on a monthly or installment plan:
You are responsible for completing all payments according to your agreement, regardless of participation or completion.
Missed or failed payments may result in removal from the program or course access being revoked until the account is current.
5. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy (1:1 Coaching)
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule private coaching sessions.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
“No-shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled unless due to emergency and at the coach’s discretion.
6. Exceptions & Discretion
We are human too. We understand that life happens. If you experience an unexpected hardship (such as a medical emergency or major life event), you may contact us in writing at [Insert Email] to request a partial credit or transfer. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Please include your name, program, purchase date, and reason for your request.

By purchasing coaching services or digital products from The LooM, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
